Overcoming Obstacles Workshop
It's time to tackle several more of our 7 Challenges to Goal Achievement. In this 90 minute virtual workshop you will learn:
- How to overcome major interference, distraction and obstacles in your goal achievement path.
- How to create clear boundaries for yourself and for others so that you stay FOCUSed on your goals.
- How to empower yourself despite potential sabotaging support systems.
Research shows that most of us give up on our goals within 3 weeks of setting them. In the Overcoming Obstacles Workshop, we will uncover the reasons most of us give up on our goals and how we can overcome the obstacles that are stopping us from reaching those goals once and for all.
This workshop is very specifically placed at week four of the program to re-motivate and reengage your commitment to your goals.

BiWeekly Success and Accountability Calls
Where most goal setting programs end, Get Fired Up and FOCUS is just getting started. Once you have completed the Set Goals on Fire Workshop and have a clear goal in mind, we help you achieve it by staying FOCUSed on your success and keeping you accountable. Through the Fire Up calls, we will work TOGETHER to continue to address the 7 Challenges to Goal Achievement including lack of focus, poor time management and accountability, obstacles and distractions and poor support systems. This is NOT an independent study program. You will get to ask your questions directly to me and get my input and expertise to help guide you through the challenges you are facing.
Every other week, we will meet by phone to check in on your progress, what obstacles are preventing you from moving forward and what you plan to do for the next two weeks. Without accountability, most people lose interest and fail to stay FOCUSed. That won't happen with this program!
All calls are on Tuesdays at 8:30am Mountain and are scheduled as follows:
